Wild Rose has gone far in the past five years, and we're excited to see what the next five will bring! We are incredibly grateful for the support of our customers and are thankful for the opportunity to create ethically handcrafted botanical skincare. Wild Rose is our response to an economy where the ecological, political and social costs of manufacturing are veiled. The founder of Wild Rose, Ash, spends much of her time tracking down raw materials, packaging and even office supplies to their source. This minimizes or eliminates the social, environmental and ethical footprint of our products by choosing sources that are non-GMO, sustainably harvested, organic or fair trade. We grow many of the fresh botanicals needed for our recipes just outside the workshop in our organic permaculture gardens.

We believe that our customers share our values and strive to find new ways to exceed our ethical standards. We're currently working to source more organic ingredients and eliminate as much plastic as possible from our packaging. We look forward to improving these standards in the years to come.

Wild Rose's Four Year Anniversary and Sale!

The momentum of our fourth year in business has allowed us to greatly expand our product lines to meet customer requests. Early in the year we released three new botanical lip tints and four new unique lip balms flavors. Our carefully crafted Bloom Muscle Rub and New Moon Menstrual Massage have also quickly become new favorites among our customers. And finally, last fall we announced the arrival of five Artisanal Bath Salts in beautiful scents and colors.

Our ever popular Wild Man line was improved with trial size sampler packs, a full line of Beard Creams in new scents plus limited edition seasonal Beard Conditioners for our festive fans. We also attended the first ever Southern Oregon Battle of the Beards - what a blast!

This year we were able to continue our tradition of giving back by making donations to Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center, Wildlife Images, Black Mesa Indigenous Support, Peaceful Uprising and Units'ot'en Camp. We couldn't support the vital work of these amazing groups without our loyal customers. Thank you all for investing in a sustainable future!

Most importantly, we're continuing to settle in at our little homestead. This year we have big plans to grow as many botanicals as possible for Wild Rose. For 2015, we believe we can grow all of our own Calendula and Yarrow. We're also looking to grow a large portion of our own roses and cayenne peppers. The longer we are here, the more we will be able to grow for Wild Rose. This will help us in our long-term goal of sustainability for both homestead and business.

Wild Rose's Third Anniversary!

This month marks Wild Rose's third year in business! This year has brought us stability as we set our roots deep in our new home. We moved into our newly-renovated shop last fall and are excited to grow even more botanicals for Wild Rose in our permaculture gardens this year. We've added tons of new products including mineral-rich facial masks and botanical lip balms, plus we expanded our selection of herbal lip tints and improved our Ink Spray Tattoo Aftercare!

We've passed many milestones by doubling our Etsy sales and launching a redesigned site, allowing us to exponentially increase our charitable donations. This year we donated to Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center, Wildlife Images, NEST, Blue Mountains Biodiversity Project, Black Mesa Indigenous Support and Units'ot'en Camp.
